This was a cartoon that involved...um... well I honestly don't remember all the specifics of this one. That happens when you have too much time in-between the current moment and whenever the original artwork was commissioned. There's a wrestler and some anchors, so Lake Oswego is obviously working with some sort of nautical theme.
